Volunteer your time to help out with the projects and/or events that are contributing to the disadvantaged youth (Anti-Bullying, Anti-Violence, Abused, Cancer Patients, Autism, Poverty, Hungry Education). We are working on several projects (see "Projects" tab) and if you are interested in helping out with any of them, please let us know.
Just click on the button below and let us know your full name, your contact information (phone & email), if you would like to volunteer your time to help, and what project you would be interested in working on. Also, please let us know if you would like to volunteer your facilities that we can use for concerts/events/filming. Thank you for your interest in volunteering. It's very appreciated.

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
You can make a donation to The JD Charisma Foundation to help finance some of our projects and support disadvantaged youths. Also, we accept donated items like school supplies, food, clothes, etc. Please click the button below to donate and help fund the projects that are contributing to the disadvantaged youths of the world. Also if you are interested in donating a car for tax deduction please email us at JDCharismaFoundation@gmail.com. If you would like to send us items like non-perishable food, clothes, school supplies etc. then please send it to 1750 Lundy Ave. #613149 San Jose, CA. We appreciate all the donations that are given. The JD Charisma Foundation is affilliated with Christ's World Fellowship Assembly which is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non profit organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible, and we can send you a receipt for tax deduction purposes. Thank You!
